Coordinator, Post Production - LIVE

About the role

Netflix is looking for an experienced Post Production Coordinator to manage internal workflows and third‑party productions for live programming, including sports and large‑scale entertainment events. The role will serve as the primary network liaison, ensuring external partners are onboarded, supported, and aligned with Netflix’s post‑production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support post partners throughout project setup and execution, providing vendor guidance and handling deliverable uploads.
• Onboard and train post‑production vendors on Netflix tools for cut reviews, AV delivery, and workflow integration.
• Audit completion and delivery of post‑production materials across pre‑production, production, and wrap phases.
• Gather, track, and enter production and post‑production data across multiple platforms.
• Build agendas and lead tech kick‑offs, as well as ongoing production/post‑production meetings for all live productions.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Publicity, Photo/AV Studio, Product Creative, and Media Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in live or live‑to‑tape post‑production for sports or entertainment programming that has aired or streamed on major platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle diverse responsibilities and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, flexible, and capable of learning new technologies and practices in a fast‑changing live slate.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Familiarity with post‑production workflows and tools used for cut reviews and AV deliverable management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and document distribution in a media production environment.
• Ability to track and report production data across multiple platforms.
