Coordinator of School Climate, Support Services Department

About the role

The Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) is hiring a Coordinator of School Climate for its Support Services Department for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is open to qualified candidates who apply through the district's online application system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• At least two years of teaching or related experience.
• Experience in a leadership position in education.
• Valid California teaching credential (preferred), pupil personnel services credential (preferred) and administrative credential.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Bilingual and biliterate (English/Spanish) preferred.

Preferred skills

• Experience with School Climate.
• Experience with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
• Experience with Social Emotional Learning (SEL).
