Contracts Specialist - Legal & Compliance

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Associate, Contract Compliance to join its Legal Department. The role focuses on ensuring contractual obligations are identified, tracked, and fulfilled across the organization, supporting the company’s mission to deliver sustainable data center solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable systems to track compliance with leases, construction, utility, financing, and credit agreements.
• Lead the transition from manual tracking to automated, centralized compliance tools.
• Maintain compliance calendars, covenant trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Escalate potential risks, missed deadlines, and compliance concerns promptly.
• Serve as the central point of contact for contract compliance queries and guide stakeholders on their responsibilities.

Required profile

• BA degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of contract compliance experience, preferably in an in‑house legal department.
• Experience managing contract compliance programs in data center, construction, energy, real estate, or finance sectors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms.
