Contract Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

This contract position supports Amazon’s talent acquisition needs through Tundra Technical Solutions. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and off‑boarding, while acting as the primary point of contact for prospective and current staff.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates using multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and extend employment offers.
• Coordinate new‑employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Facilitate exit interviews and collect feedback from departing employees.
• Process employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment and employment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
