Contract Prescribing NP or PA (In-Person) - Oklahoma City

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, a mental health care provider, is recruiting contract Psychiatrist Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to work in Oklahoma City, OK. As a 1099 contractor, you provide evidence-based mental health care through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups, conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medications. Patients can also be referred to therapy and coaching services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management through intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment
• Build patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Deliver evidence-based medication treatment following clinical best-practice guidelines such as measurement-based care

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited CCNE Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program, or an accredited ARC-PA program with PANCE certification (preference for added psychiatry qualifications)
• Unrestricted state license and at least 2 years of practice
• Strong preference for NPs and PAs with an active DEA license
• Preference for providers with additional certification or clinical experience with minors
• Office space available in Oklahoma City, OK, and ability to treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and severity levels
• Full-time resident of the United States
