Continent Planning & Operations Lead

About the role

The Continent Planning & Operations Lead drives operational excellence and optimises supply flows across multiple markets. Reporting to the Inventory Optimisation Manager, this on‑site role is based in New York and focuses on allocation, replenishment, digital fulfilment and logistics coordination at a continental level.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve operational standards across planning markets, including parameters, process updates and pre‑season settings.
• Oversee continent‑wide supply optimisation, managing stock deployment, risk‑flagging and balancing supply‑demand mismatches.
• Plan and execute stock balance moves, manage moves budget, forecast and monitor uplift, profit and lead times.
• Own sourcing, budgeting and forecasting for digital fulfilment, steering parameters to meet market demand and tracking cost and profit.
• Set post‑season exit‑strategy budgets and forecasts across planning markets.
• Collaborate with continent logistics to define delivery frequency frameworks and harmonise standard delivery schedules.
• Support network strategy implementation, including optimisation, ramp‑up and ramp‑down projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, order‑fulfilment flows and transport capacity management.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving ability to resolve bottlenecks, anticipate constraints and adapt plans quickly.
• Proven capability to align supply, logistics and market needs for efficient stock movements.
• Analytical skills to interpret fulfilment KPIs and logistics data, identify root causes and drive improvements.
