Content Producer

About the role

Sauna.ai (Wordware) is looking for a full‑time Content Producer to turn a backlog of video ideas into a steady stream of published pieces. Based in the Presidio office, you will work side‑by‑side with the Creative Director and the CEO to keep the video pipeline moving at a rapid pace.

Key responsibilities

• Film daily footage of the founder and office activities, ensuring every take is captured and backed up.
• Edit videos quickly, crafting hooks in the first three seconds, writing captions, and resizing for each platform.
• Publish five pieces per week on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts according to a set schedule.
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage, transcripts, cuts, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director on narrative and visual direction.

Required profile

• Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before start date.
• Authorized to work in the United States (O‑1 or J‑1 visa sponsorship possible for exceptional candidates).
• Comfortable with a high‑volume, fast‑turnaround environment – five good pieces a week rather than one perfect piece a month.
• Self‑starter who can run the production pipeline without needing constant direction.
