Content Editor - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will measure model progress, assess logical consistency, and help improve overall quality through targeted writing and editing tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, performance, and alignment with brand voice.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and track improvements over time.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
