Content and Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Embassy of Beauty is launching its US operations from Boca Raton and seeks a Content and Brand Marketing Manager to shape the brand’s voice across owned and earned channels. This editorial‑focused position will drive luxury‑beauty storytelling, social growth, and email/SMS engagement for the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the US content strategy for social, email, SMS and on‑site editorial, highlighting niche product launches and founder narratives.
• Grow and manage the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest with elevated, editorial‑style content.
• Own email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including welcome flows, post‑purchase journeys, brand drops, segmentation and A/B testing.
• Coordinate the US content calendar with the UK team, aligning launches, editorial moments and seasonal campaigns.
• Build relationships with US luxury‑beauty editors, creators, influencers and press; manage influencer and affiliate partnerships.
• Brief and oversee freelance photographers, videographers and content creators as needed.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney and CapCut AI to scale high‑quality visual content.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce and Performance Marketing on promotional calendars, landing pages and integrated campaigns.
• Track and report on KPIs including organic growth, engagement, email revenue, content performance and brand sentiment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience in the luxury beauty sector.
• Strong editorial instinct and ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
• Proven track record of building social communities and managing email/SMS marketing.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with performance and ecommerce teams.
