Consultant – Managed Care Contracting & Strategy

About the role

The Consultant, Managed Care Contracting and Strategy, will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long‑lasting relationships and matching them with the most suitable products. The role supports internal teams by gathering sales leads, testimonials, and client data, while also monitoring industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand needs and convey product value.
• Develop and maintain payor relationships and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Oversee contracting and credentialing processes for client accounts.
• Collect, manage, and analyze client data and documentation in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records, project plans, and up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings.
• Resolve client complaints, improve processes, and act as a client advocate to drive retention.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client solutions.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience managing client accounts or in a related industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel between locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
