Construction Technology Deployment Lead

About the role

Rinvio is seeking a Construction Technology Deployment Lead to travel across project sites and deploy advanced construction and robotic equipment. This full‑time, field‑based position supports the rollout of autonomous systems in the Houston, TX market and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, calibrate, and support advanced construction technology, autonomous equipment, sensors, and related field systems.
• Lead site readiness activities, perform equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate deployment workflows with operators, field teams, and project stakeholders.
• Document field findings, identify practical issues, and communicate improvement recommendations.
• Ensure safe, organized, and professional job‑site execution while traveling to multiple locations weekly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with construction technology, heavy equipment, field service, machinery, robotics, or autonomous equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting background with sensors, electronics, diagnostics, or complex equipment.
• Ability to coordinate field activities, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 60 lb, and readiness for heavy weekly travel.

What we offer

• Salary range $115,000‑$125,000 per year, based on experience
• Full‑time W‑2 employment with medical, dental, vision, weekly direct‑deposit pay, and paid time off
