Construction Superintendent – Site Development

About the role

Join Muller Inc’s civil construction team as a Superintendent overseeing site development across the DC Metro area. You will lead multiple crews, manage day‑to‑day activities, and serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise multiple crews and sites throughout the DC/VA/MD region.
• Read and interpret civil plans, proposals, change orders, and scope documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Operate transit equipment for grade shooting and oversee cut‑sheet interpretation.
• Maintain safety compliance and adhere to county codes.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to access secured sites.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Knowledge of site work, utility work, and local county codes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand, sit, climb, and perform other construction‑site tasks.
• Professional client‑facing demeanor.
