Construction Superintendent

About the role

ECBuild is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site activities for projects in Atlanta, GA. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and cost‑effective plans.
• Coordinate daily work of trades, professionals, and laborers through the foreperson.
• Inspect work for quality and timeliness, prepare progress reports, and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, inspection agencies, and owner representatives to meet project intent.
• Obtain required permits and ensure compliance with contract documents and code requirements.
• Lead Quality Control/Quality Assurance efforts and complete daily reports.
• Plan site logistics, conduct weekly subcontractor meetings, and maintain a 4‑week look‑ahead schedule.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of combined experience as Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent.
• OSHA 30‑Hour certification.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work at various locations.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Bluebeam.
• Primavera (P6) or MS Project scheduling software.
