Construction Superintendent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead residential projects across the Metro Atlanta area. This hands‑on position oversees every phase of construction, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and top‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily onsite activities from kickoff to final handover.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections for code compliance, safety, and quality.
• Monitor budgets, material deliveries, labor resources, and overall progress.
• Resolve construction issues, change orders, and risks proactively.
• Serve as primary liaison between homeowners, developers, architects, engineers, and company leadership.
• Handle permit inspections and secure all required approvals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of residential construction management experience.
• Proven track record with new builds, renovations, or custom homes.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction methods.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using construction management software such as Buildertrend, Procore, or CoConstruct.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
