Construction Superintendent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial interior and healthcare renovation projects. You will manage day‑to‑day field operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and top‑quality delivery in occupied facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare facility standards.
• Manage project schedules, daily reporting, and progress tracking.
• Conduct site inspections and quality‑control checks.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and consultants.
• Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in commercial interiors or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in fast‑paced, occupied environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
