Construction Superintendent

About the role

ReModern Builders, LLC is seeking a full‑time Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site operations for residential remodeling and renovation projects in the Boston area. You will be the primary point of contact on the job site, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the company’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily field activities, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and manage site logistics.
• Track project progress, enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and resolve field issues in real time.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to review plans, schedule work, manage change orders, and communicate status.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, ensure code compliance, and uphold craftsmanship standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a superintendent or similar leadership role in residential construction or remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and a demonstrated commitment to site safety.
• Excellent organizational abilities to handle schedules, documentation, materials, and multiple tasks.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and supporting financial reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout greater Boston.

Required skills
