Construction Superintendent – Commercial Projects

About the role

Path Construction is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Orlando, FL area. You will oversee all phases of the build, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across a variety of asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage subcontractors on site.
• Oversee project phases from planning through completion for public works and private commercial projects.
• Administer safety programs and maintain site safety compliance.
• Represent the company to customers and manage quality control programs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of construction management experience across multiple sectors (e.g., higher education, retail, healthcare, hospitality, etc.).
• OSHA site safety experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of all construction trades.
• Proficiency with modern construction technology and excellent communication skills.
