Construction Site Supervisor – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on custom high‑end residential builds and renovations throughout the Metro Boston area. The role combines hands‑on supervision with coordination of project teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners.
• Review plans and specifications to verify accurate execution.
• Monitor quality and craftsmanship across all construction phases.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce coordination.
• Enforce job‑site safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Track project progress using Buildertrend and other construction‑management tools.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of residential construction site supervision experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Experience with custom homes and high‑end residential renovations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to work in demanding environments and lift construction materials.

Required skills

• Buildertrend or similar construction‑management software.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
• Carpentry skills and safe operation of common construction tools.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
