Construction Site Supervisor (Commercial)

About the role

The Construction Site Supervisor will lead daily activities on commercial construction sites in Allentown, Easton and Red Bank. You will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead crews and subcontractors, setting clear expectations for quality, safety and performance.
• Coordinate site logistics, including manpower, deliveries, access and workflow.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Maintain clean, organized and secure job sites; manage PPE usage and site access.
• Develop and manage 4‑6 week look‑ahead schedules and submit weekly schedules.
• Provide real‑time updates to Operations Management, escalating risks or issues immediately.
• Track permits, inspections and close‑out items; produce daily reports with photos.
• Maintain company vehicles in safe, clean condition.

Required profile

• 8+ years as a Site Superintendent or Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience with both ground‑up builds and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret multi‑disciplinary construction drawings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Required skills

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using construction documentation tools (e.g., daily report software, photo/video documentation).
