About the role

The Construction Services Manager oversees rehabilitation, renovation, and capital improvement projects across a designated region. This role leads on‑site Construction Service Specialists and Foremen, ensuring projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and remain within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Construction Service Specialists and Foremen to execute property rehab and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, communicating work status and providing direction.
• Conduct property inspections to verify safety, quality, and compliance with building codes.
• Identify and resolve issues that cause project delays, developing alternative plans as needed.
• Assist in developing scopes of work, timelines, and project parameters for capital improvements.
• Monitor worker productivity and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction, renovation, or capital improvement projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to address conflicts with contractors or vendors.
• Knowledge of building and safety codes and ability to enforce compliance.
• Effective communication with internal operations leadership and senior construction services leaders.
