Construction Project Manager - Renovations

About the role

re:fab, a growing painting and renovation company serving commercial and residential clients in Central Florida, is looking for a Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects from kickoff through completion. The role combines office coordination with regular jobsite visits and covers projects across Central Florida. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from award through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules and site logistics
• Visit jobsites to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Track project schedules, budgets and job costs
• Manage change orders and project documentation
• Review construction drawings, scopes of work and contracts
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors and internal teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
• Assist with takeoffs, estimating support and preconstruction planning when needed

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish
• 3+ years of construction project coordination or project management experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple jobs at once
• Ability to read construction drawings and scopes of work
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel to projects throughout New England (mostly day travel, occasionally overnight)

• Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Preferred: Bluebeam, Xactimate, Stack, QuickBid and change order/job cost tracking

What we offer

• Salary of $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
