Construction Project Coordinator – Join Our Dynamic Team

About the role

Haynes Development is looking for a motivated Construction Project Coordinator to support our construction team on new projects, including Quarry Walk. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, invoice preparation, and presentation creation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Project Manager, internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and project progress; report issues and risks.
• Control documentation, including CAD files, PDFs, contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittal logs, and meeting minutes.
• Support budget and cost tracking, invoice processing, and quality assurance activities.
• Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and assist with project close‑out and punch‑list management.

Required profile

• Entry‑to‑mid‑level professional with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and adapt under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with diverse project teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procore project management software.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (and the broader Microsoft Office Suite).
