Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager oversees multiple capital improvement and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role also conducts capital assessments during acquisition due diligence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall capital projects, including scope, timeline, and budgeting.
• Coordinate bidding processes, evaluate contractor proposals, and recommend selections.
• Hire and supervise renovation and repositioning teams on assigned sites.
• Report project status, financials, and quality to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on construction experience, preferably in multifamily or hospitality renovations.
• OSHA 10 and asbestos certifications.
• Willingness to travel to Phoenix area properties ~70% of the time and occasional out‑of‑state trips.
• Strong communication skills across teams.
