Construction Manager

About the role

Join SERVPRO® as a Construction Manager and lead the restoration and construction process for fire and water damage projects. You will work directly with customers to guide them through the construction phase and ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience, educate clients on the construction process, and develop accurate estimates.
• Create project scopes, schedules, and budgets; coordinate subcontractors, permits, and inspections.
• Conduct final walk‑throughs, secure certificates of completion and satisfaction, and oversee warranty activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED; 2 + years of construction estimating or insurance adjusting experience preferred.
• Strong customer service record, effective communication, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xactimate™ estimating software (strongly preferred).
• Advanced math and analytical skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
