Construction Manager

About the role

SNIPEBRIDGE is recruiting for a leading construction firm operating in the DFW, Houston, and Austin markets. The Construction Manager will own the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning through close‑out, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and document project meetings with clients.
• Manage construction field personnel and teaming partners.
• Negotiate and approve construction change orders.
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Prepare proposals, presentations, schedules, and budgets.
• Issue reports, correspondence, and payment applications.
• Approve quantities for measurement and payment.
• Resolve technical issues and perform constructability reviews.
• Lead risk‑management assessments and value‑engineering studies.
• Develop and monitor Quality Control and Assurance Plans.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6‑10+ years of construction management experience with direct field supervision.
• Strong knowledge of means, methods, and sequencing across trades.
• Completed OSHA 30 certification.
• Basic estimating, accounting, and financial management understanding preferred.
