Construction Laborer – Manual Work on Site

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to support daily activities on our job sites. The role involves performing manual tasks safely and efficiently while helping skilled tradespeople complete projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general clean‑up and site preparation.
• Dig footings and trenches using hand tools.
• Load, unload, and transport materials.
• Strip concrete forms and back‑fill excavations.
• Operate power tools such as vibrators, compactors, jackhammers, and chipping guns.
• Set braces to support excavation sides and remove rubble.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lb (occasionally up to 100 lb).
• Comfort with repetitive hand/arm and leg use, climbing ladders, and working on uneven or muddy surfaces.
• Capability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Good communication skills to follow safety instructions.

Required skills

• Operation of hand tools.
• Operation of power tools (electric, gas, pneumatic) including vibrators, compactors, jackhammers, and chipping guns.
• Basic safety awareness for construction environments.
