About the role
Freyssinet, Inc. is seeking Construction Laborers for projects in the Richmond, Virginia area. The role involves supporting field activities, maintaining safety standards, and operating equipment after training.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and recognize/correct hazards.
- Clean and maintain the work site and equipment.
- Support field activities as required for the project.
- Operate equipment once trained and approved.
Required profile
- 1-2 years experience in bridge or concrete repair.
- Ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 lb, work at heights and in various positions.
- Pass pre‑employment drug screen and required safety certifications.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required skills
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Building and setting forms for concrete foundations.
- Operating construction equipment after training.
