Construction Foreman

About the role

3 Forks Services is seeking a Construction Foreman to organize operations and oversee worker performance on construction sites. You will lead staff toward project completion, support the team, and coordinate with senior management while prioritizing safety.

Key responsibilities

• Organize task fulfillment according to priorities and plans.
• Create schedules, monitor crew attendance, and assign daily responsibilities.
• Train workers and tradespeople, monitor performance, and manage manpower and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and OSHA guidelines.
• Monitor machinery and equipment usage, review expenditures, and keep projects within budget.
• Troubleshoot issues, prepare progress reports for managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and implement drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
