Construction Crew Member

About the role

Valor Contracting is seeking reliable individuals to join its on‑site construction crew. As a Construction Crew Member you will support various trades by handling materials, operating tools, and keeping the job site orderly. The position offers a full‑time, Monday‑through‑Thursday schedule in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload, assemble, and install construction materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Assist concrete, carpentry, and steel crews as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry 50‑75 lb and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (preferred).
• Hand tool operation.
• Power tool operation.
