Construction Coordinator (Warranty & Project Support)

About the role

Hartizen Homes is seeking a Construction Coordinator to manage warranty processes and support construction scheduling for residential projects. The role bridges homeowners, construction teams, and trade partners to ensure timely resolution of warranty items and smooth project progression.

Key responsibilities

• Assist homeowners in accessing and submitting warranty tickets through the company system.
• Record and maintain detailed warranty notes provided by the construction team.
• Coordinate and schedule warranty‑related work with internal teams and trade partners.
• Maintain and distribute weekly warranty reports for visibility and follow‑up.
• Monitor open warranty items, follow up on outstanding work, and escalate delays as needed.
• Serve as liaison between construction teams, trade partners, and homeowners to provide updates.
• Schedule subcontractor warranty repairs and confirm availability.
• Coordinate utility setup (water and power) for homes under construction.
• Schedule and reschedule municipal and third‑party inspections.
• Enter and track Extra Purchase Orders (EPOs) for field approvals.
• Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems.
• Support tracking of job progress, approvals, and inspections against project timelines.
• Provide professional, timely communication to enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential construction, warranty coordination, or administrative support preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with team members daily.
• Willingness to participate in company cultural events and one‑on‑one meetings.
• Ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information.
• Independent thinker who can exercise delegated decision‑making.
