Construction Administrator

About the role

CP Engineers is seeking a Construction Administrator to ensure accurate data entry and support construction administration workflows across multiple active projects. The role blends detailed data management with coordination of project documentation and invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project data in company systems and platforms.
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage high‑volume data entry and tracking across several projects.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, logs, and project records.
• Coordinate with field inspectors to validate and update project information.
• Support contractor invoices, RFIs, and submittals.
• Communicate discrepancies to team members and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior administrative or data‑entry experience preferred.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical behavior.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Experience with Procore.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate or API integrations.
