Conflicts Analyst / Attorney (Hybrid)

About the role

Greenberg Traurig is seeking a Conflicts Analyst/Attorney to join its Intake Team. The role works closely with firm attorneys and the Conflict & Intake department to review new business matters, identify potential conflicts, and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze conflict checks, identify “stop issues” such as business policy concerns, pending lateral moves, or matters involving significant clients.
• Communicate with lateral attorney candidates to gather accurate client and related‑party information.
• Administer the conflicts review process and resolve potential conflicts in line with GT policies.
• Conduct data analysis and research using electronic databases.
• Document conflict‑related information, maintain records, and follow up on analysis results.
• Present concise conflict summaries to attorneys and capture institutional knowledge.
• Escalate ethical conflicts, unresolved issues, or non‑responsive attorneys to the requesting attorney.
• Support additional department activities as needed.
