Conduit / Pathway Installer – Commercial Infrastructure

About the role

Rinvio is seeking experienced Conduit / Pathway Installers for a full‑time W‑2 position supporting a secure commercial infrastructure project in Irving, TX. The role focuses on installing conduit, pathway materials, boxes, and related components in an active field environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install 3/4‑inch to 2‑inch conduit and associated pathway materials.
• Support box and material installation while maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Follow jobsite safety requirements and coordinate with field leadership.
• Ensure work complies with code standards and project specifications.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience installing conduit and pathway systems.
• Ability to work productively and safely with limited ramp‑up time.
• Willingness to complete background screening and obtain site badge/access.
• Flexibility for varying schedules, including possible night shifts.

Required skills

• Conduit installation (3/4‑inch to 2‑inch).
• Pathway material handling and installation.
• Box installation and mounting.
• Knowledge of safety practices and code compliance.

What we offer

• Pay $24.00–$31.00 per hour (USD) based on experience, with night‑shift differential.
