Concrete Yard Laborer

About the role
Enterprise Precast Concrete, a provider of architectural precast components, is adding a concrete laborer to its production team in Kansas City. The position is full-time, on-site and year-round, working under the direct supervision of a crew leader while learning basic precast production skills.
Key responsibilities
- Rigging and operating forklifts and loading trucks
- Sand blasting or acid washing
- Laying mesh
- Cleaning up and other general laborer duties
- Performing work related to the fabrication of precast concrete products or asking the Crew Leader about other available tasks
- Maintaining plant safety in line with the company's Safety Manual and the Safety Coordinator's direction
Required profile
- 1-2 years of previous construction laborer experience
- 1 year of forklift experience
- Able to work outside year round
- Fluent English
- High school diploma or GED
