Concierge – Resident Services at Metropolis

About the role
The Concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors at the Metropolis community, delivering high‑quality service and supporting daily operations. This position ensures a welcoming environment, coordinates resident programs, and assists with logistical tasks such as move‑ins, package handling, and amenity upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects, residents, and visitors, providing a comfortable and professional experience.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
- Maintain guest suite schedules, loading dock/elevator coordination, and clubhouse readiness.
- Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours.
- Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community resources.
- Support planning and execution of resident activities and programs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in property or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with Yardi property‑management software.
- Ability to work weekends (Tuesday‑Saturday schedule) and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
