Concierge – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

As a Concierge at Fairmont Kea Lani, you will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking memorable experiences on Maui. You will act as an ambassador of exceptional service, anticipating needs and connecting visitors with the best the island has to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate guest requests, bookings, and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on resort amenities, island attractions, restaurants, and cultural activities.
• Communicate accurately with guests, staff, management, and external partners on a daily basis.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with Fairmont properties, local businesses, and community service providers.
• Adhere to State of Hawaii food handling safety standards and participate in monthly sales promotions.
• Provide personalized, timely, and efficient service while embodying the Aloha spirit.

Required profile

• Experience in concierge, guest services, or a related hospitality role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Maui’s attractions, resort offerings, and local dining options.
• Compliance with Hawaii food safety regulations.
