Concessions Supervisor - Tempe Diablo Stadium

About the role

The Concessions Supervisor supports all concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality at the Tempe Diablo Stadium venue. Legends Global is a hospitality agency serving professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling event staff, and directly manage event-day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, conduct physical audits and perform reconciliations.
• Train, educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure co-workers comply with company service standards and inventory controls.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age; fluent English.
• Meets state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Able to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds up and down stairs or ramps, and to work in an open-air environment in all weather.
• Sufficient mobility for constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling.
