Concessions Supervisor - Gorge Amphitheater

About the role

The Concessions Supervisor supports all concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality at Gorge Amphitheater. The role involves managing event-day staff, controlling food and beverage inventory and ensuring service and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling event staff, and directly manage event-day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, conduct physical audits and perform reconciliations.
• Train, educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure co-workers comply with company service standards and inventory controls.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety training, report safety incidents in the risk management system, and encourage the team to do the same.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, with good time management and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and to work fluently in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds up and down stairs or ramps.
• Sufficient mobility for production tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for long periods.
• Willingness to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meets state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
