About the role
We are looking for a motivated Computer Technician Intern to support our team in delivering high‑quality technical service and customer support. This paid internship offers hands‑on experience diagnosing and repairing computer hardware in a fast‑paced IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Repair computers, laptops, workstations and printers, following warranty and insurance guidelines.
- Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
- Provide on‑site hardware support for Netsync’s service requests.
- Assist the Network Team with network appliance installations and on‑site projects.
- Contribute to process improvement, documentation and weekly team meetings.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Effective communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn.
- Basic understanding of warranty, insurance and break‑fix procedures.
