About the role

The Computer Manager (internal title: Technical Project Manager) leads the design, development, and integration of enterprise‑level software applications for corporate clients. The role involves frequent travel to client sites across the U.S. to oversee project delivery.

Key responsibilities

Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
Create and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate daily stand‑ups, architecture reviews, and leadership meetings to track progress.
Lead coding and development efforts, ensuring solutions meet design specifications and performance standards.
Conduct design, code, and test case reviews for the technical team.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources & Systems) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant experience, or comparable combination of education and experience.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts.
Willingness to travel on an as‑needed basis to various client locations.

Required skills

Java J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, REST API.
Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, Apache Spark, Spark Streaming, Hadoop.
SQL technologies: MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, SQL, JDBC.
Front‑end: AngularJS2, NodeJS.
DevOps and container tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven.
Project and collaboration tools: Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, Visio, Clarity, HP PPM.
