About the role

Corpal Incorporadora e Construtora is seeking a full‑cycle Buyer to manage the acquisition of materials and services across all categories. The role supports business units by ensuring efficient procurement processes that align with company strategy and internal client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with requisitioners to track open processes and anticipate new demands.
• Monitor portfolio performance through procurement KPIs.
• Analyze purchase requests, negotiate commercial terms, and apply sourcing strategies to secure optimal price, quality, and delivery.
• Generate purchase orders and contracts in the ERP system, ensuring automation and control.
• Collaborate with internal clients on acquisition planning and organization.
• Manage the complete Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle, guaranteeing compliance with negotiated conditions.
• Facilitate communication between internal clients and suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers according to internal guidelines.
• Identify and develop new suppliers and alternative products/services for cost‑benefit improvements and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Proactive, communicative, results‑oriented, customer‑focused, flexible and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with MEGA procurement system (desired).
