About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of its Woodland Park property in Texas. The role involves managing team members, financial performance, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input into the development of property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
- Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, making bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges appropriately, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including approving applications, processing renewals, conducting inspections, handling evictions, and collecting late fees.
- Gather and interpret market and economic trends to implement short‑ and long‑range marketing and leasing strategies.
- Promote resident satisfaction and maintain property standards.
