Community Manager – VOX

About the role
The Community Manager – VOX will oversee the daily operations of a stabilized, luxury apartment community in Los Angeles. You will lead the on‑site team, manage resources, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities of the property and its staff.
- Monitor and achieve budgeted financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
- Maintain high resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager in luxury apartments.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational results.
- Strong understanding of multi‑family housing regulations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
