About the role
The Community Manager – VOX will oversee the daily operations of a stabilized 910‑unit property in Los Angeles. You will lead the on‑site team, ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations, and drive financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input on property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and manage coding to the chart of accounts.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, discounts, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in luxury apartments.
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate daily property activities.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
