Community Manager – US (Escena)

About the role

The US Community Manager for the Escena portfolio will oversee daily operations of assigned multifamily properties in Las Vegas. Reporting to senior management, you will lead on‑site teams, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyzing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code expenses and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage petty‑cash fund and control expenditures within approved budgets.
• Oversee lease administration: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, enforce lease terms, and handle evictions and late‑fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other relevant regulations.
• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards of service.
