Community Manager - The Lydell

About the role

The Community Manager for The Lydell will oversee daily property operations, lead the on‑site team, and ensure financial and operational targets are met while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to create short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze budgets, financial statements, and market data.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and maintaining operational compliance.
