Community Manager – The Dorian

About the role

The Community Manager for The Dorian will oversee daily operations of the property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input to property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue goals through rent setting, timely collection, bank deposits, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and handle vendor relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting financial and occupancy goals.
