Community Manager - Riverside Station

About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Riverside Station property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring the property meets its financial and operational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily activities, resources and team members to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other multi‑family housing regulations.
- Provide input to property budgeting by analysing financial statements, reviewing current and projected marketing information and evaluating operational reports.
- Set rent rates, monitor rent and fee collection and ensure timely posting to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze operational reports to identify performance trends and support corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
- 4‑6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
