Community Manager – Reverie (River Hollow)

About the role

The Community Manager – Reverie will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the River Hollow property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while complying with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input for property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Monitor market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make budgetary decisions.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
