Community Manager – Prose Lakeside

About the role

The Community Manager for Prose Lakeside will oversee daily operations of a 391‑unit garden‑style property in Lakeland, Florida. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Lead and develop property staff, scheduling work and allocating resources to meet operational goals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and adjust rent rates to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Collaborate with marketing to support lease‑up efforts and maintain occupancy levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive financial performance.

Required skills

• Budget analysis and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act compliance.
